We’ll walk you through what’s possible, what fits your goals and budget, and how we work so you always know what to expect.

Each month we accept a limited number of projects to ensure our clients receive the highest level of service. Our average client invests $900-$2500 for a logo design, $3000-$8000 for a full brand identity strategy and $3000-$10,000+ for a customized, professional website.

Please note that each website and custom graphic design project is individually priced and your investment can be tailored to your budget. Logo and brand packages are fixed rates with add-on options available for customization.

We also offer professional print services exclusively to Boulevard North design clients. This ensures every piece, from business cards to tradeshow banner, matches your brand and meets our quality standards. We do not offer printing for designs created elsewhere, allowing us to maintain consistency and deliver polished, print-ready results with care.

  • No. Many clients reach out with a general idea or a problem they want to solve. The inquiry process is meant to start the conversation and help clarify goals, scope, and next steps together.

  • Once your inquiry is submitted, we review the details and follow up to discuss your project, timeline, and needs. From there, we’ll outline a recommended approach and next steps if the project is a good fit.

  • Yes. We work with businesses and organizations of various sizes. Whether a project is straightforward or more complex, we tailor the process to match the scope and requirements.

  • Yes. While Boulevard North is based in Southwestern Ontario, we work with clients across Ontario and Canada. Our process supports remote collaboration and works well regardless of location.

  • Website pricing is divided into 3 instalments. 20% is required to secure your project on our waitlist. 40% is required once the content phase concludes. Remaining 40% and any additional fees are required prior to the release of files and launch of the project.

  • We provide our logo files digitally for both online and print use. Files are provided in CMYK and RGB colour formats according to their use. File types are JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS and SVG. Full details of deliverables can be found here.

  • Here is a general overview of project timeframes, but please keep in mind that each project is unique and will be scheduled accordingly.

    Logo Design - Approximately 2-8 weeks depending on selected package.
    Brand Identity Strategy - Approximately 8-12 weeks depending on selected package.
    Website Design - 2-6 months depending on project scope.
    Custom Graphic Design - 1-4 weeks depending on project scope.

    Faster turnaround times may be available upon request, depending on our current schedule.

  • Our booking timeline depends on current availability, but we’re typically scheduling projects 1 to 2 months in advance. Once your 20% deposit is received, your spot is officially reserved and we'll confirm your project start date.

    For logo and website projects, we often provide pre-project homework - this might include gathering inspiration or completing our content guide. That part kicks off right away once you're booked in, giving you a head start while we get closer to your official start date on our calendar.
